My review for perch.com I was led to believe by the realtor who was working with us that he would discontinue the services that was tied to our home and property for us. That did not happen. So, here I am a couple of months from the sale of our home, getting hit with several collection companies about payments not made. Because NONE of the services were canceled on our behalf . . . including trash pickup, water service, security service, home internet and telephone service, etc. I would have shut those off myself, but was assured that those things would be taken of. My credit score is taking a beating because of this deception. It would have been better not to make a promise like that in the first place, than to make it and not hold up your end. Even if he was having problems following through, he could have contacted us to let us know. Apparently, he didn't even bother to try . . . just an empty promise (or perk) to get ahead of the competition.
