Review Description: Groom Room Edinburgh Fort Kinnaird. Complained to customer services after going to collect my dog and found 4 staff round him with a pair of reindeer antlers on his head. Their explanation was they were "getting him into the festival mood". I have been offered £10 e voucher and blatant lie saying there was only 2 members of staff on that day and that all staff are behaviour trained, only not for themselves!

Eventually the guy that was serving asked what I wanted, so gave my name but no apology for keeping me waiting! All he said was cat or dog, I replied cat. Review Description: 35 minute journey each way to store. Unboxed product at home to find part A was cracked across its width so not fit for purpose. Returned to store, staff were very helpful and provided exchange for off the shelf sale. Got item home to discover it was either an ex-display or returned item as it had evident marks from previous assembly on parts C and other fittings and assembly bag had been stuck back with sellotape. So have been sold item when not as new. Decided not worth another 1 hrs travel to exchange again.
