Review Description: Similar to other reviews on here, I too have had a bad experience with Phillips. I have had two Phillips sonicare electric toothbrushes which have both stopped working just after the two year warranty has lapsed. I have been offered a voucher to purchase another one but simply do not trust the brand. Considering the cost, I expect the product to last longer than 2 years. I am now switching to another well known brand oral B and hope I have more luck.

Review Description: I had a toothbrush head subscription with them. They didn't send me a toothbrush head so I cancelled my subscription and now they are sending emails chasing payments on a subscription I have cancelled.As I haven't had my brushheads they actually owe me a refund not the other way round.It's impossible to get through to them to sort this out - I can't email them and nobody available on live chat despite trying multiple times over the week. Now given up.

Review Description: I bought a breast pump and after 3 months it stopped working completely. Customer care was non existent, their solution was a replacement in 7-10 days! No help to find a suitable resolution. 2 weeks before Christmas with a new baby I’m having to go and find money to buy an emergency breast pump so I can feed my baby. Disgusting service

Review Description: Our Sonicare toothbrush has broken twice, leaving a big question mark over build quality and isn't great for the environment. However, both times Philips have replaced it under their warranty without any hassle whatsoever so credit where credit is due.Also, when working, the toothbrush is great to use!

Review Description: We have been buying Philips products for many years. No more. Really disappointed with their after sales response to our faulty steam generating iron. Although less than 4 years old we have already paid £45 to repair a fault that has now recurred.Their complaints department were unhelpful and are demanding another payment to repair the same fault. We are husband and wife both retired, so the iron has been only ever been lightly used and always well looked after. Caveat emptor!
