TINY bonsai

My review for plants.com The Juniper Bonsai I ordered is TINY. Much smaller than the photo and listed dimensions insinuated. Its still adorable, but the small Juniper was advertised as being much bigger. This was a VDay gift for my boyfriend as this was our first Valentine's together and the tree's size was a disappointment. I paid $52 (inclusive of a coupon) for a super tiny tree. Sent a complaint to customer service and will update this review accordingly.

Worst company ever

My review for plants.com Worst company ever. Didn't send Valentines day plant I sent to be delivered on Valentines day ordered 2 days in advance. When I inquired about why the tracking doesn't show shipped, they said " We're very sorry your order was not delivered as scheduled. We would like to process a redelivery at our earliest convenience. Please let us know if this is okay." They could have let me know in advance and now I have no option.

Ordered bonsai that never came

My review for plants.com Ordered bonsai that never came! They said they will resend again but nothing. They told me they will deliver it on the 25th of January... nothing, then 31st.. nothing again. Don't but here, go somewhere else. Scammers!!!

A Genuine Review: Exposing the Truth About plants.com

I recently had an experience with plants.com that left me utterly disappointed. Despite their claims in the FAQs section, my plant arrived not in the advertised pot of my choice but in a generic plastic planter. The need to transfer it to a more suitable pot was frustrating, as it detracted from the overall aesthetic I was promised. This forced me to spend extra on soil, as the plant did not come with enough to replant it comfortably. For the hefty price I paid ($135), I expected a hassle-free experience, not to be left with the burden of repotting the plant myself. It's disheartening when a company fails to deliver on its promises and disregards valid customer concerns. In hindsight, it would have been more economical to purchase a similar plant for a fraction of the price and plant it in a budget-friendly planter. My advice to potential buyers: proceed with caution when considering plants.com. Don't be swayed by deceptive descriptions or false promises. Your hard-earned money deserves better treatment than what I experienced.

Plants.com is a BS company

My review for plants.com I bought a palm tree from this company, on the side it reads the tree is 9 to 12 inches. However, the tree is actually 6 inches, when I got a hold of the company they said the measurements were correct because they measure from the bottom of the container to the top of the leaf. This is ridiculous. I will never order from this company again. This company should be investigated and shut down.

Wish I would have looked at reviews…

My review for plants.com Wish I would have looked at reviews before ordering. I also wish I could post a picture of what I ordered and what I got. It's so pathetic it's almost funny. Think of Charlie Brown Christmas tree. Never again will I order from here and I strongly suggest nobody else does either.

This is a scam

My review for plants.com I could've purchased the plants from Home Depot, Lowe's or any local nursery for a much cheaper price than plants.com but I purchased several indoor plants from this company because the pots looked stylish. One of the plant arrived in a broken pot and I contacted Customer service to get a replacement but I didn't get any valid response other than an automated notification ticket. I contacted them again 2 weeks after but only received the same exact automated email notification. They have the worst customer service as there's no service at all!!! DO NOT BUY PLANTS FROM THIS COMPANY. It's a huge scam!!! It's better to buy your plants from the local nursery and get the pot from Amazon

Horrible customer service

My review for plants.com Horrible customer service. I ordered a plant and after waiting 2weeks I called and they said they didn't have anymore of that particular plant. I asked for a refund....it's been over a month!! I've made several calls and still no refund. I will never recommend this company to ANYONE!!

Do Not recommend if you want to actually get a plant

My review for plants.com I ordered a plant as a gift for a friend. The delivery was delayed and ultimately never delivered. The “proof of delivery” was a picture of a bunch of boxes at a random location- not at the address provided. I reached out requesting the item be resent but they said the picture counted as proof of delivery… extremely disappointing I paid for a plant that was never delivered and they would not take any corrective action.

This company was almost perfect but good company overalll

My review for plants.com This company was almost perfect. Both of my orders came to the recipient looking just like the website picture and arrived on the correct date ! The only thing that I didn't like was that they didn't tell me about their sale and free shipping when I was ordering on the phone. But they then credited me the shipping . I plan to order again in the near future. I think they are a good company .

Poor quality and customer service

My review for plants.com Ordered a plant to be delivered to a memory care facility and sent pictures to customer service provided by the nursing staff. Plants.com customer service said they are unable to open attachments and requested cut/paste and fullsize picture of the watery ball of mess. Asked for a valid email to send pictures as I am not at a desktop to cut/paste and the plant was already thrown out by the nursing home. Would not recommend and will not order again. Go with a different company. They will take your order and money without any guarantees of delivery time and/or quality. 2 Stars because the do respond to emails

My review for plants.com CONSUMER FRAUD. Buyer beware. This company does NOT accept returns. It does not state anywhere on their website that they do not accept returns. No disclaimer whatsoever. They deceive consumers by stating they provide a satisfaction guarantee - but do not inform the consumer of their return policy. This is FRAUD.

Bad experience with this company – dead plants

My review for plants.com Bad experience with this company. I placed order for a few things including two mature lavender plants and a thyme plant - all have died in space of a week. Contacted to ask for a refund and they will only give half the money "because the plants have been delivered"! Rejected the offensive refund. They deliver plants not fit for purpose and have awful customer service. Order value of dead items over $150. Order at your peril.

Terrible

My review for plants.com I ordered sunflowers and didn't get sunflowers delivered. They were delivered a day late. They did reply to my email of complaint efficiently but all I got was $8 credited for late delivery and $10 digital credit to order again. Why would I order again from here after I ended up paying $55 for flowers (daisies) that I didn't order and came late.
