My overview for energy.no Final 12 months I purchased laptop computer for 7000kr. In a number of months it simply stoped working. Energy workshop repaired it at no cost however there was a fewwhite traces on the display. They did not trouble me and I did not wish to wait for one more reparation once more so I simply used it like that. And the throughout time there was increasingly more traces until the laptop computer was ineffective once more. I introduced it to Energy once more, they despatched it to workshop and I get a mail that the display is damaged FROM INSIDE and that I need to pay 3600kr for one more reparation! I refused in order that they pressured me to pay 700kr for the postadge to have again my laptop computer. I despatched a mail to customer support, requested why ought to I pay when the laptop computer was damaged from earlier than, and get ignored. I despatched one other mail and get a solution that I BROKE IT FROM INSIDE!!! And from that day I used to be fully ignored by the customer support! So watch out with Energy, I purchased damaged laptop computer for 7000kr and now they need me to pay further 4300kr for a similar laptop computer to work!!! I absolutelly do not advocate to purchase something in Energy shops as a result of they care about cash solely, not concerning the high quality of merchandise. Go to Elkjøp, you're going to get higher high quality, higher merchandise alternative and higher and well mannered customer support. T
