Review Description: This was probably my best experience at a tyre centre and I am 56 years old. I turned up with a nail in the tyre and literally a car full for the dump having been told by other local centres I had a 6/7 hour wait. The staff were so friendly and supportive. I was told 90 minute wait but because I had no other option than wait, within 15 minutes my car was being assessed. They were fair and honest in the assessment and offered a really reasonably priced replacement. Well worth 5 stars, thank you

Review Description: This was my latest of many visits to Protyre Stockton. Not because I have a dodgy car, but because I trust the team here so much. I had a simple slow puncture - but on a day with staff shortages - and I was still served quickly and with a smile. Every member of staff is friendly, helpful and honest and I've walked away before without any charge because no work was needed and my car was 100% safe and legal. From tyre checks to a full service, I'd recommend this team every time.

Review Description: Amazing service today, on route to York from Paignton and double punctures discovered on Telegraph Hill. Martin and team were amazing, luckily I had run flats so was able to make it Protyre. Service was painless and quick to get us back on the road. Highly recommend and will use again

Review Description: Slow, very very slow, booked my van in for 2 tyres and a 2 wheel track at 10.30 am after an hour I decided to ask how much longer they would be, as they were just finishing the 2 tyres he said around another 20 mins to track it, half an hour later I left…I used to work for a fast fit centre, seriously an hour and a half for 2 tyres and tracking when should be roughly half hour job oh and just to add just because customer are in the waiting room doesn’t mean we cannot here the foul language being used in the garage

Review Description: I had problems with my car when leaving the Arnison Shopping Centre. I didn't know how I was going to get the car home, fortunately this garage was open. I went in and asked for help. A mechanic immediately checked the car , told me the problem and I was given a price for the repair. Within 3 hours my car was repaired. Excellent all round service.
