Review Description: Do not buy stuff from Pyramid Collection. Very bad quality of clothes and jewelry. Terrible service. They are stealing money , signing you for VIP program without you knowing that and continue to charge you every month every mounth even thought you called them and dispute this charge. You will pay expensive shipping and retirned fee plus carierr charge. Incredible bad service.

Review Description: They claimed my order for a jacket could not be processed as my credit card info was incomplete. I called customer service and they confirmed my info and took the phone number of the CC company. The order never went through and my card was charged for a flight to Peru! Someone stole the info. I had to cancel my card. They are FRAUDS and THEIVES.

The only thing I can think of is they are working together to steal money from us.

Rep says someone will call me…website is down (has been down for 3 weeks). I will be disputing my credit card charge and needless to say, will not be ordering again. Also paid extra for expedited shipping ….lol. What a joke.

Review Description: To echo what others have already said, I placed an order 6 days ago with no word, or shipping information from Pyramid. I've phoned twice only to be told my order is shipping that day each time. Today the person told gave me a tracking number and said that it is FedEx but it is a bogus number. I'm now wondering if I'm ever going to get my order from them.

Review Description: I bought a beautiful shirt and dress and pair of boots I absolutely adore I’ve had them now fir 7 years and had zero issues with them......I’ve never had them charge me any extra fees, the quality of the dress is fabulous and so is the top and boots still wearing all three items after 7 years.....I wonder if they changed owners ?

Review Description: Ordered gift 2 $100 gift cards for my wife and they don't honor them. You cant apply more than 1 gift card per order because they make money on shipping. Also, they don't honor the balance of the gift card...for example: if you have a $100 gift card, and order $49 of items, you lose the remaining $51.

Review Description: There is no 0 star, but Quality of their clothes are poor and I would never order anything from them again. The three long skirts I ordered barely reached my bottom of my knee and the quality was so poor, they were returned but it was hard to talk to anyone on the phone and they will charge you monthly fees still telling you you join some kind of a club
