Pair of so called ‘waterproof’ RAM golf boots
My review for ramgolf.co.uk Bought a pair of 'waterproof' RAM winter golf boots in November 2022. Used them only over the winter of 22/23 and 23/24 about 25 times at most. At the same point on both boots, where there is a 'crease' in the leather where the foot bends, there has opened up a hole in each boot, meaning my feet get soaked in wet weather. They are now 3 months out of warranty and despite raising this with RAM, they dont want to know, claiming "wear and tear"They have only been used over winter, I have other shoes for summer golf. I dont believe that what is in effect, about 5 months use (albeit over two winters) is a fair level of durability! They clearly think I am lying about the level of use, which I set out quite accurately. The boots will now have to go in the bin and £65 worth of experience will teach me to go elsewhere for replacements.
