My assessment for rastellis.com Bought a really costly primal lower of grass fed beef, it arrived totally frozen and stayed in my deep freezer till we thawed it (inside their acknowledged/advisable timeframe). The meat reeked of sulphur and was clearly spoiled, which meant it was packaged spoiled. The response from customer support was successfully “too unhealthy, sorry however not sorry.” Fully ridiculous. Keep away from this rubbish. They maintain themselves out to be a boutique store.
