Review Description: We've placed a couple of orders and didn't find it difficult to pause delivery and restart when we wanted another order. We have not had one bad meal yet. My husband and I have different tastes and we love the variety of meal options as well as caloric information. The food is delicious and fresh. Will be ordering again!

Review Description: I was looking for a meal delivery service that did NOT require a subscription plan. On their website it clearly states NO SUBSCRIPTION NEEDED. I placed a ONE Time order to try it out. To my surprise 2 weeks later they charged my bank account for a Subscription Plan that I did not sign up for and they are trying to refuse the refund even though I did not order or receive any more food from them! DO NOT BE TRICKED BY THIS COMPANY!

Review Description: I like the ability to customize. The food is good. The calorie counts are reasonable. You can do low-carb by customizing to switch out the high-carb items in each meal.I had no problem cancelling the entire account, but their website is wonky: even though you have a paid order pending, you can’t see it if you have cancelled the subscription.I do dislike the way they provide the food! The “meals” do not come “together”, as ordered. Instead, each component is separately shrink-wrapped in plastic.I MUCH prefer Factor.

Review Description: Like others who’ve complained about receiving food they didn’t order, I was a victim of this company as well. I noticed a charge on my card from them and contacted the card company to report fraud. Two months later the fraud department contacted me and said the company provided proof of the order. I refused the delivery but that doesn’t matter. So I’m out $ 119. + with no recourse. Just beware. And all that toggle on - off BS is just that. They sent the meals regardless of weather I ordered them or not.

Review Description: I received my first order and wasn’t happy with the first dinner I tried. I decided to cancel immediately. I did receive an email letting me know my subscription was cancelled.However, when I called and asked for a refund of what was left, which was most of the entire order, I was told they don’t refund just because you don’t like the taste!Believe me, it was more than the taste I didn’t like. She told me to give the food away. No refund.??

Review Description: I've ordered the BBQ Chicken, Turkey, and a couple of the vegetables and they are easy to prepare and tasty. However: Be Aware that menu selections are AUTOMATICALLY Processed ( and Pmt. charged ) if NOT canceled prior to 2359hrs on Thursday - and you can ONLY suspend up to 8 Weeks of orders which will then AUTOMATICALLY renew unless you deselect another 8 weeks.

Review Description: They are the most UNREAL people I've ever seen. I had closed my account with them long back, and yet my credit card was charged, and a package was delivered without my ordering it. Getting them on the phone is impossible. On email, they sent a rude response putting the responsibility on me for this order. I had to lock my card and get a new one to prevent these unscrupulous people from charging my card again.
