My review for rebel.com It just took 30+ minutes to renew my domain name. Quick renew no longer works but has not been removed as an option. The server would not accept my credit card and could not "add it to the vault" I had to call, wait on hold and then add my credit card as a payment method, pay my bill and then remove the card as a payment method. Paying a $22 bill should take 5 minutes not 30. I'll be looking to move my hosting in the future. L

My review for rebel.com Like similar reviews, I have been with Rebel.com for almost 20 years. After noting a massive price increase to renew a .com domain, I contacted customer service and they tried to upsell me. How does it help me to renew my domain for an extended period when the price is inflated? You can have a decent discount but you first have to renew with them for three years and pay twice as much as other domain registrars. No thanks! A

My review for rebel.com I ordered this product back in September and it's now November and nothing first the response was that they had a fire in their warehouse and then apparently it got shipped out gave me a tracking number that cannot be found in the system that it says, last time I order anything from them. That you get your order within 2-5 days that's BS it's been more than 2 months and nothing and every time I try to connect with them I get a message saying that the email I'm writing to is not there. My review for rebel.com Rebel used to be a great company, but overtime it went downhill. Their customer dashboard is glitchy, their domain pricing is nearly double of what other charge. Absolutely not worth it. We are in the process of moving everything from them to another registrar. P

My review for rebel.com Rebel use to be good but as they get bigger, they care less about their customers. If you are moving domains around, you have to make sure you contact them after you transfer the domain (if the time is short) like within 7 days. They will not inform you that the domain expires and on top of that, they have a problem with their systems and sometimes it doesn't go through automatically. Best to just contact their support and make sure it goes through that day, because they will leave you out in cold. Used to be a good company but they don't care about their customers anymore. I would be very careful when you use this company and honestly I would just suggest you use any other company. A

My review for rebel.com Keep away from Rebel.com Mid plan I needed to update my settings, but they wanted my credit card information to do this (Mid Plan) just to update my settings!!! I wrote to their Customer Service about this and was ignored. Now they want an additional $100 to renew my domain "There is an additional recovery fee of USD $100 for each . ART domain." Everything is working well here. The customer service is great and tech support has been exceedingly patient and informative, even after- hours! Price increase today of over 300%
My review for rebel.com I've been with Rebel over 20 years and have always been very happy with the service and pricing, but today they sprung a change on me that'll increase my monthly bill by over 300%. Worse is that the change will take place in only 7 days, leaving little time to find a new provider. There are heaps of other hosting providers offering similar prices to what I'm currently paying, so why would I stay with Rebel and pay 4 times as much?
