Review Description: This company is not about clients it is about advertising for the companies who use it. Once you get a voucher, in our case $100 wedding present, it is impossible to spend it because there are so many provisos that, if you work, you cannot use it! Never do this.

Review Description: DO NOT BUY FROM RED BALLOONThey will steal their money. Dodgy providers who just want $$ without providing a service. "redeemed" a massage voucher and booked. But Had to cancel my appointment. Left a voicemail at the spa well in advance, but now my voucher is saying its redeemed. Red balloon customer service are saying I no showed to the appointment and that the spa tried calling me (they didn't). My word against theirs and $130 gone.

Review Description: Totally disappointed with the service and will NOT order from this site again. 10 days since i purchased a winery tour/lunch voucher as a birthday gift. Money was taken out immediately but after 10 days have not received any update. Birthday is in 4 days and embarrassingly at this stage i have no present. i have sent an email each day for the last 2 days but heard nothing. I’ve called in their business hours but keep getting message telling me to call back in business hours. I do not recommend buying from this site .

Review Description: They have terrible customer service and they won't honour a price match which is clearly stated on their website. You can easily find a better price elsewhere and when you present the cheaper price they will make up plenty of excuses why they can't offer you the better price and will make sure to never contact you after multiple attempts from you to contact them
