My evaluation for rhein-main-therme.de Assez bruyant le week-end et une chaise longue est une denrée uncommon. Les saunas sont toutefois agréables et les projections d'eau relaxantes. Je le recommande en semaine et pas pendant les vacances.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Vital-Hotel at Rhein-Main-Therme, and I must say, it was truly a memorable experience. From the warm and efficient reception staff to the attentive and quick service at the restaurant, every aspect of my stay was delightful. The rooms were not only beautifully decorated but also equipped with high-quality amenities that added a touch of luxury to my stay. While most of my experience was exceptional, I did find the extra bed provided to be a bit uncomfortable due to a sagging mattress. However, this minor inconvenience was quickly overshadowed by the delectable three-course meals offered as part of the half-board package, with some dishes even available in buffet style. The pricing and quality of beverages at the restaurant were on par with a 4-star superior level, adding to the overall upscale feel of the experience. One of the highlights of my stay was visiting the revolving Panorama Bar, which offered a breathtaking view of the Frankfurt skyline. Although the cocktails could have been better on both evenings, the ambiance and vista more than made up for it. The thermal baths at Rhein-Main-Therme were nothing short of spectacular, catering to every relaxation need. With a large outdoor pool equipped with bubble loungers and entertaining aqua aerobics sessions, as well as an indoor section featuring a wave pool, two slides, and a cool, spacious sports pool, there was something for everyone. One aspect that truly impressed me was the cashless payment system throughout the facility, allowing guests to use their hotel wristbands for transactions without the hassle of carrying cash. Additionally, the sauna area offered a variety of sauna experiences, from earth and salt saunas to Finnish and herbal saunas, accompanied by two cooling and swimming pools and rejuvenating whirlpools. It seems that customer-centricity and fairness are foreign concepts to Rhein-Main-Therme, prompting the need for a valuable lesson to be learned. In conclusion, even before setting foot in the Therme, I encountered a negative experience. This kind of treatment only serves to drive potential customers away for good. While this ordeal has been disappointing, it underscores the importance of ethical practices and customer care in any business.
