Review Description: They say it cost one thing for the first month then and you check out it's one price and they take more money with no approval. I contacted customer service for my money and to cancel they didn't answer until I received the product and then told me no refunds once you get the product. I messaged them everyday for 10 days and 5 days before they even made a shipping label. The company is a big scam. I got a tiny bottle for 20 dollars and it leaks

Review Description: Red flag #1 after viewing some of the perfumes that they offer. I was not allowed to view the site until I entered card info. I did not see anything I liked so I decided to remove the card info. Red flag#2 Nope!! they want let you so I changed the info on the card trying to protect myself. Well, that did not work they kept record and charged my card 4x. Red flag#3 Absolutely No Phone Number to contact anyone. Only an email address with prerecorded messages. Never Trust Scentbird they are SCAMMERS/THIEVES

Review Description: You have to jump through hoops to cancel then they will ghost you and charge you anyway. I am thinking about filing a Better Business Bureau complaint if they don’t resolve this for me soon. I don’t care for the perfume they offer, the brands are nothing special and I don’t need a bunch of tiny bottles of cheap smelling perfume.
