My review for selfridges.com I would give it zero star if I had the option, this company is AWFUL! I purchased iPhone 15pro max for my daughter online to be collected from the store, at first the order went through then few minutes later I received a notification by email stating that the order was cancelled because of security reason with my foreign credit card Which is absolute lies! Because My credit card is 100% legitimate and I have been using my card to shop in different places in London. I felt disappointed and mistreated. I will not shop from this company again! S

Refusing refund for faulty goods
My review for selfridges.com Paid £300 for Axel Arigato Marathon trainers. Soles have come apart in less than 6 months. Customer Services advised me to return them and I would be refunded. On receipt of the return, they emailed to say they could not issue a refund. Product clearly faulty. Totally unacceptable A

My review for selfridges.com Ordered an item online 6 times and each time the order was cancelled with a stupid email saying they can’t locate the item but they put it back online immediately they cancel. I’ve had this happen before and after 3 attempts I finally got my order. How unprofessional is that? If you don’t have the item , then don’t keep putting it back online . The new owners of selfridges don’t realise what they have brought , as the wrong staff and management have definitely ruined Selfridges good reputation. Harrods has maintained their status but Selfridges has totally lost control M

My review for selfridges.com ****UPDATE****Just received another email from selfridges customer services and they say the reason I'm not getting a refund is because the dress is damaged.... Absolute lie!! I returned the dress the same day I recieved it without trying it on as I didnt like it... I've read many reviews and this is one of their scams... They didnt send me any evidence with the email... I've started a dispute with my bank and also contacted trading standards along with all screen shots of what has happened to other customers who have been scammed by this company..... AVOID THIS RIP OFF COMPANY AT ALL COSTS Wish I had read all these reviews before I ordered a dress from them.... I ordered online the dress arrived and didnt fit so I returned it the same day. I've just received an email saying they will not refund me and no further explanation.... After reading other reviews this is clearly selfridges ripping off customers and fraudulently keeping customers money..... I shall be taking this matter further D

never received refund
My review for selfridges.com I purchased jewelry online for my wife valued at 1,500 pounds. Unfortunately, it was not suitable for her, so we initiated the return process. The DPD collection was scheduled and arrived on 29/01/2024, and the tracking information confirmed that the item was delivered on 30/01/2024. Now, 16 days have passed, and I have not received any updates or a refund. The original email indicated that I could expect a refund within 5-7 days. I contacted Selfridges on 9/02/2024, and they advised me to wait up to 14 days for my refund. Today, 15/02/2024, I contacted them again, only to be told that I still have to wait and there's nothing further I can do. Is this completely fraudulent? E

My review for selfridges.com Really cross - ordered a valentines gift at start of Feb and selected delivery date today. Nothing has turned up, and they now tell me when I chase it's out of stock. Rubbish service, really cross. No wonder they score so low on TrustPilot. J

My review for selfridges.com I mean, this is supposed to be one of Britain's top shops. But it performs worse a cruddy corner store. For my first order I was overcharged! They did fix that but I had to call twice. Bad start. Then I had two separate orders cancelled the day before delivery. I tried to contact customer services and I was promised a call back but you'll never guess.... Nothing! I then expected some sort of voucher or gesture of goodwill and all I got back from Selfridges was some AI mumbo jumbo about my 'output'! Dire. Avoid. S

Disappointing!!
My review for selfridges.com I bought a Reiss dress online. It arrived…I tried it on, it didn’t fit, then promptly returned. I have now been emailed to say that the “return has been rejected”. No further information has been given. I bamboozled as I literally tried it on and posted it back (tags in tact!) I called customer service, they can’t give me any other information other than “the dress will come back to you”. Awful customer service!!
