Review Description: I bought a gift well in advance of the christmas period and given the situation with Royal Mail striking and subsequent knock on effect with other couriers I gave Selfridges the benefit of the doubt. However, following two calls to customer service and what can only be described as useless service levels, I am still without the gift I ordered or tracking information and so unfortunately face the prospect of a third call. I will be asking for a refund. I would not recommend shopping online with Selfridges.
