Review Description: Worst customer service I’ve ever received!!! Called 5 times. Twice talked to managers, one at headquarters. None of them did what they said they would. Ordered same shoes from Zappos and received them in 3 days for 30 percent less.

Review Description: Shoe Carnival refused to give refund or exchange to my 14 year old granddaughter for shoe I sent her for Christmas that were too small for her. I purchased them online on 11-2-2020 and gave them to her on 12-25-2020 for Christmas. Due to Covid-19 she has not been able to take them to a local store for exchange. She tried today and they said, because it had been over 60 days since they were purchased they could not exchange them. I will never purchased anything on line or in one of their stores ever again.

Review Description: Shoe Carnival's return policy is awful!! The shoes I bought caused a very painful blister on my ankle. Because I wore them one time, the company refused to let me return them for a refund. I purchased them on line and the receipt in the box says "If you are not delighted with your purchase for any reason,we offer returns and exchanges." However, they refuse to let me return them even though they caused injury to my ankle. I will never shop at Shoe Carnival again and I urge anyone who does to beware.

Review Description: I ordered a new pair of shoes, and they sent me two right shoes instead of one right and one left. They can't fix it, and said I have to return the shoes. I can either ship them for six dollars, or drive an hour away to the nearest shoe carnival. I also can't exchange them while at the store because I purchased them online. Customer service is a pain in the ass, even if you talk to them on the phone.

Review Description: Terrible experience with trying to do a return. First they shipped the wrong shoe and sent return info, then they refunded 50% and couldn’t explain why. Multiple attempted calls and emails about my case# and never was able to get in contact with them again. Wait time on the phone is hours. I gave up, will never shop there again.

Review Description: On November 25, 2020, I ordered 2 pairs of Rockport Eureka. They were on sale and buy 1 get 1 half off. I buy 2 pairs for $53.97. On December 1, 2020 I received an email that they cancelled my order and my money would be refunded in 15-30 days. I contacted customer service and said the shoes are still for sale online so you didn't run out so its clear you don't want to honor your sale. She offered them back to me at $84.25. I replied Ha thanks for the offer but I'll pass. The customer service agent on chat couldn't get rid of me quick enough.

Review Description: Placed an order and it still hadn’t shipped after almost two weeks. Customer service rep was super unprofessional using words like “cuz” and “ain’t” in the support chat. They still couldn’t give me an answer and when my order would ship so I checked back again the next day and got a different rep who was more helpful and professional. She informed me that the shoes were back ordered and had no ETA at all. I ended up cancelling the order. Funny though, it still says those exact shoes in that size are available.

Review Description: I tracked my shipments via FedEx. FedEx shows ALL of my shoe deliveries came from the Shoe Carnival Return Center! This makes sense because I've gotten shoes with poor stitching, the wrong size etc. They sent returned shoes and yes the customer service people who sound like Black women are rude.
