I must admit I was very uneasy about placing an order with shop disney due to all of the bad reviews..however I took a chance and ordered three Disney movies. I must say I am pleased with the quick delivery, I received my items within a week. My only issue was tracking my order. I received an order confirmation as well as tracking number but could never seem to track my order at all. Just kept saying info unavailable. Other than that minor issue, no complaints on my end!

Best customer service I've ever had

Best customer service I've ever had with any company. I ordered a replica Cinderella journal and it came very well packed however it was damaged, the gems had fallen off and the clasp was faulty. I emailed them and they were very quick with their response, they sent me a brand new one with next day delivery at no extra cost and let me keep the other, this one arrived in mint condition. Thank you disney for your excellent customer service.

Love ordering from ShopDisneyUK. I must admit they do have issues with shipping but I think they are getting unfair criticism when the blame is on Hermes as thats who deliver the parcels. Quality control seems to be a bit of an issue also so that definitely needs to be improved and looked at. Otherwise lovely products, easy to navigate website, customer service friendly and good prices!

Well how wrong was I, the toy came, official disney packaging, the toy works perfectly and delivery was really quick - I have nothing bad to say!

Has anyone any experience with the so called Disney toy website Cathcart & Winn? I ordered toys for Christmas back in December & still waiting. I’ve emailed but there’s no response, they don’t seem to have any social media accounts or contact. Worried it’s a fake site. Any info would be great.

Excellent products but the boxes they use are really flimsy so the item I ordered arrived damaged. It wouldn’t take much for them to invest in better packaging to prevent this and avoid disappointing customers.

Bought a teapot on the 23rd November

Bought a teapot on the 23rd November, got given fake shipping confirmation and tracking information via email on the 30th, no response from shopdisney so asked PayPal to step in. Paypal refunded me on the 21st of December then very strangely NOT! shopdisney emails me asking to stop the dispute so they can resend or refund. Total wast of time trying to go through their customer service just go straight to PayPal or bank!!

Far from a magical experience

Considering Disney merchandise is now available much more widely than it once was you would think ShopDisney would up their game to compete with the likes of Primark etc. Sadly this is not the case. My customer service experience is pretty poor and explaining issues with orders through live chat and over the phone can be a headache. A recent clothing order was incorrect three times! In the end, we gave up on ShopDisney and requested a refund.
