My review for simplytoimpress.com I placed an order on 12/11 for delivery 12/14 as stated on the website and by 12/22 there was no delivery. I called and customer service offer to do a reprint, and I was assured delivery by 12/28. Today is 1/3, and still no delivery. I called and asked for a refund and was told for the first time just now that orders take 14 days. Because it hasn't been 14 days since the reprint, they cannot offer me a refund yet. However, I was never informed about the 14 day timeline. This company is an absolute scam. Do not waste your time or money here. D
