Review Description: Sirius XM has made 13 charges to my account in the last 6 months. They never canceled the membership for the totalled explorer so not only have they been charging me the standard $6 per month since July, for the new explorer (that i just recently got service for) but also $30 per month for a PLATINUM membership for a car that doesn't even exist anymore... $278.18 total in the last 6 months for a service that I don't even use unless my phone isn't connecting to my Bluetooth. CANCELED EVERYTHING.

Review Description: I recently had a awesome experience with a Sirius XM representative. I was being charged 33.00 monthly for my car so I called to get it removed due to the fact that I knew I bought a lifetime subscription back in the day but they weren't applying it. Long story short, the representative not only found my lost lifetime subscription but removed the one I was being charged for and applied the lifetime subscription. Her name is Aya from Sirius. She went out of her way to help me so much. Caring attitude. I appreciate her service.

Review Description: practically impossible to cancel your subscription. you HAVE to call them, you cannot cancel online. I was lied to when i called to cancel my subscription and was told id only pay $5.99 a month until the following year. 2 months later i started getting billed $26 a month again. i have had enough of this.

Review Description: I wish I could give 0 stars! They loop you in and there is no way to cancel your subscription without contacting them. If you call, they say it is a long wait and they will call you back. They don't call you back. I finally was able to "speak" with them on chat and after two people and about 10 minutes wasted, they cancelled. I should be able to toggle off the subscription like any good company allows.

Review Description: When I called to consolidate two accounts the first person I spoke with was most competent and listened. the second person couldn't decide on the amount I would need to pay to consolidate the accounts. When I asked for a manager, the manager couldn't do simple math. In one phone call I was told 5 different amounts to consolidate the accounts. The information given to me was very contradicting and frustrating.

Review Description: Pandora is a better service, and less expensive. SXM has gotten ridiculously overpriced for car + internet for music listeners, when the competition gives you more variety which you can listen to through Bluetooth for a much lower cost.SXM also makes it difficult to cancel. I intentionally did not renew my service, but they saw fit to bill me just the same.To top it off, seriousxm.com is blocked as a malicious website by my Antivirus provider.

Review Description: Cancel my service over 45 days ago. Received an email that confirmed the cancellation. Just received a bill for past due service. My service was turned off. Called sirius xm and the service person tells it was not cancel. I provided them with all the information but was told basically I was lying. The put me on hold and can back and told me they would how cancel the service The language barriers is a real problem. I will never get another subscription. Wish I could give a negative rating.
