My review for sixt.co.uk Was handed the keys to the car, had nobody walk me around it or confirm current damage or condition. I was using a walking stick due to an injury, car was squeezed in between 2 others and no room to look at car. Only found out later it had a minor scratch on the boot which I then was charged around £600 to fix. Way above any comparable costs found online and over the BVRLA guidelines.
