Do not use this service

My review for sky.com I cancelled my sky contract as the signal did not reach my top floor. Engineer told me at install signal was poor and sold me a booster from his van for cash. Didn’t help so had to cancel and return to Virgin. I have been hit with €150 early termination charge for their poor service. Contact is also very poor and customer service shockingly bad.
