Review Description: Fortunately, the sneakers I ordered were the right size, so I do not have to use this company again. Brexit may not have been their fault, but not making it clear that I would have to pay an additional £62 for import duties is. Not great to buy from if you are from the UK

Review Description: **Avoid** Incurs UK tax and duties when purchasing from the UK which Sneaker Studio place on the buyer. I checked for import costs when I placed the order but this was not in any way made clear at check out. I have also returned some items. The website says that you will be credited within 14 days from the day they receive the return via your original payment method and I have not been credited and have not had a response from their customer service despite emailing twice. Not great customer service at all. **Beware and don’t purchase**

It was delayed twice (and supposedly finally sent the product in the second time I contacted them) and in the end they said there was a product defect in warehouse.I received a refund without the shipping fees, and they insisted they paid in whole, up until I sent proof of refund.In the end it was fixed, can’t say much about the products but the customer service is really not great.

The boots were cheaper than anywhere else and with the Black Friday code I saved 110 pounds!!!!CANT FAULT SNEAKERSTUDIOBut….. WARNING SHOPPERS IN U.Kwhat I didn’t know was there was a 60 quid shipping charge from FedEx. I still saved money but might have been worse off if I didn’t have the code. Thank you Brexit for that!

Good price and good quality however it was not very clear that there would be an intentional shipping invoice tax from FedEx after purchasing due to the company being based in Poland. I have now received a bill for £70!!! on top of my initial purchase. This has been very unexpected and put me under a lot of stress. BE VERY CAFEUL!
