Naturally, I immediately reached out to their customer service to address this issue. To my dismay, I was informed that my flight order had not gone through and that I would receive a refund. However, despite their assurances, a month passed by and I found myself still without a refund, despite contacting them four times to follow up. It was incredibly frustrating and disheartening to be met with such irresponsiveness from a company that should uphold a basic level of customer service. What deeply troubles me is the apparent lack of regard for their customers' financial well-being. SpiceJet seems to have an issue with their OTP (one time password) system, particularly when it comes to transactions abroad.
