Following the unsolicited arrival of their catalog, I attempted to address the matter through their customer service, only to be met with utter disappointment. The lack of response to my calls only compounded my frustration. Upon visiting their website to unsubscribe, I encountered an exasperating process, requiring meticulous data entry, even if the provided information was incorrect. It felt like an arduous task that made me question their respect for my time and privacy. Receiving unwanted materials while having to invest effort in stopping them felt intrusive and disrespectful. Needless to say, this experience has led me to caution others against engaging with this company.

They make you work for them for free

My review for stio.com What a terrible customer service experience from what looks like an overpriced garbage company. They obviously bought info and sent out their catalog unsolicited and very much unwanted. If you try to call to get them to stop they won’t answer. They have directions to go to their website to remove yourself but be sure to type everything exactly as they have it even if they have it incorrect…yet to see if that actually stops it but I find it offensive to get these wastes of paper and mailbox space when you have never purchased or heard of them before and then to have to work for the company in order to no longer be harassed by said company.

My review for stio.com I have ordered 3 pairs of the same shorts over the past 1 1/2 years--really like them. Ordered a fourth pair when they went on sale but they were never delivered. Called and the recorder said they were busy (no option to hold) and to leave a number or go online. I left a number and sent an email and they are conveniently too busy to deal with this problem. (We have received shipments at this house for 30 years and never has anything been stolen.)

My review for stio.com This is company is all about environmental window dressing that in reality is just BS. They are total “reducing carbon footprint” hypocrites with horrible customer service and inconsistent sizing issues. My Goretex coat coat went $50 further on sale the day after purchase. I requested help and received non responses until finally I was told they’d honor the sale price ONLY if I returned the whole order to them and then RE-Ordered all items (assuming still available in my sizes.) When I pointed out the ridiculous waste of fossil fuels, and how much better for everyone a store credit would be, I again got NO REPLY. What a way to win over new customers and protect the environment…(sarcasm)NOTAVOID THEM. Much better companies with better products that value customer loyalty out there
