My review for straighttalk.com I have an account with them. I had 1GB of add-on data on my account since June of 2023. I redeemed 1,000 points and got this extra data. It's now February 2024. Out of nowhere, my 1GB of add-on vanished. None of their people can comprehend my problem. They kept telling me they didn't have a credit card transaction on it. I kept telling them there never was, it was automatically added when I redeemed points. They had NO COMPREHENSION of what I was talking about after I explained in great detail. My advice to this company--HIRE PEOPLE WITH A BRAIN!! J

My review for straighttalk.com Customer service is beyond horrible, they will not help u and hang up in your face!! They were better before being purchased by Verizon, and now only allow Verizon or unlocked phones and no longer accept phones from other carriers. That was very dumb business move, I urge people to find a different carrier. Maybe even red pocket J

Why bother even for the price.
My review for straighttalk.com It simply amazes me how straight talk can seemingly show its simplicity yet to help anyone, one must speak to another person who does not understand the language. When it comes to getting a plan they are not quick to help but rather to tell you to dispute or cancel orders. When they say to you let me take notes so that you don't have to repeat yourself, it's a ploy and doesn't even matter. They do not read the notes and they do ask you so you end up repeating yourself. No way of getting ahold of them, no phone and no internet
My review for straighttalk.com No way of getting ahold of them, they did not refill my phone or internet even though I paid them. They keep sending me to a website to get help when I've clearly stated I have no internet, because of their mistake. Not mine. I have no phone. Only text. Restarted it, 20 times already, did nothing. 4 + hours in with no phone. J

Long time customer, never again
My review for straighttalk.com It was decent over the years but I hadn't had any problems. Was a costumer from 2015. They deactivated my sim car while I was out of the country. Total bummer and took a while to figure out what happened. Got a new one and a 3 month plan end of November. End of December phone stops working. After weeks of trying to sort it out, got a new sim. Now I find out that my phone isn't compatible, even though it's a newer phone and I've used it with straight talk since I bought it 2 years ago. Now I'm out the 90 bucks for the 2 months I'll never get to use. I'm not going to get refunded. I'm never using straight talk again. It's not worth it. When other plans were really expensive it was a good deal. Now most major brands offer some good rates and the customer service is far better. Don't bother with straight talk. N

My review for straighttalk.com The straight-talk team is extremely unprofessional. I swear they troubleshoot as if they were still in kindergarten. They need to learn how to fix devices...turning on and off the device does not solve everything. They told me that I had a PIN and an email address on my account that I was unaware of, so they refused to issue me a refund. Why couldn't you return it if I paid with a credit card? This company doesn't know what they're doing. FYI, please hire someone who's educated in fixing electronic devices! My review for straighttalk.com My bill was paid and active when my phone failed. I bought a phone from a different carrier. Straight talk would not give me a transfer pin number to the new carrier unless they could text me at the phone number for the phone that doesn't work. As far as I'm concerned they've stolen my phone number of 30 years. Never again. Customer service could have easily resolved this problem if their on line service actually replied properly in the first place! T

My review for straighttalk.com They started overbilling me on autopay. It was $54for years then doubled for two months before I caught it. Trying to deal with India based customer service is impossible because they are illiterate in the English language. Also liars. Had to call my bank to stop payment. I'm sure my phone is locked now, Thankfully my phone is ancient and needs replacing. Incompetent, deceitful and despicable company.
