His audacity to falsely accuse me of purchasing the ticket onboard, without evidence, was appalling. I must emphasize the absence of interpersonal skills and common courtesy displayed in this encounter. Sadly, this is not an isolated incident; it reflects a recurring behavior amongst the staff. As a passenger, such discourtesy is untenable. While I acknowledge the rarity of this situation, given the ticket purchase and sequence of events, baseless accusations from the inspector are wholly unjustifiable.
