Review Description: I took out a Firewall product with them recently and whilst I find the actual software to be satisfactory, the problem this company has is support, or lack of it. They require subscribers to use a ticket system which seems to take for ever to get a response. Whilst my web hosting supplier has 24/7 Chat support and Ticket which is answered within minutes, Sucuri is dreadful,in comparison, and it is an expensive service, you would look for better.

Review Description: Terrible support! I wish I saw the reviews before subscribing. It's been a complete and total waste of time. I signed up for their Pro plan yesterday (over 24hrs) and according to their website, malware should be removed within 4 - 12hrs, they have been playing because even as i type, the server scan hasnt been initiated! I provided login credentials even though correct they aren't accepted for whatever reason. Site is still hacked, they take hours to respond to tickets even if you reply their messages immediately.I have requested for a refund.

Review Description: Pethatic services. No cleaning up, if there is virus they just say we have manually cleaning it. And there is no permanent solution for that with them. I terminated the service as it was just a waste of time and money with them. I requested for remaining payment as I signed up for yearly payment they refused. They must refund remaining months but all is of no use. It not money back guarantee. Don't buy it instead I recommend malcare.com

Since there were no other LAN connections, it was easy to spot We blocked Sucuri's IP addresses, without regard to whether the traffic was actually generated by Sucuri personnel or not. Our Web security remains paramount over any external needs

Review Description: Avoid, its as simple as that. They terminated my "website security" account without any notice whatsoever, thus causing my website to be down for 24 hours whilst I moved to Cloudflare. I HAD TO CONTACT THEM TO GET A REASON WHY [the reason is invalid]. So far its 24 hours and I have only had 3 replies to a ticket, with each reply taking 8 hours despite me replying instantly. If you value your business, do NOT use Sucuri, do you really want to entrust your website uptime to a company who will disable it without any notice or reason?

Review Description: Sucuri is a terrible company to work with. If you don't allow a automatic renewal they will do it anyway. Then they will leave their software on your website and URL freezing your account so you can't have your developer of host make changes. I found out they are owned by GO Daddy and I can see where they get their business attitude from.
