My review for t2tea.com Two items never got delivered and no refund issued. Tried logging a ticket multiple times on their website and keeps crashing. The products are fine but now that they have no presence in the UK they cheated ppl with the final deliveries

Hot Date Chai tea by T2- Same packaging but much less flavour

My review for t2tea.com I purchased around 15 packs of Hot Date Chai by T2, have been drinking this tea passionately for a few years now. The newest batch is different. The cardboard packaging is the same but the content is not exactly and the plastic bag the actual tea is in is also different. It's probably noticeable for someone who knows the taste of this particular tea by heart. There is a slight difference in colour, seems the same selection of ingredients, but the flavour is not there anymore. Weaker, kind of diluted... Please could we have the exact same tea back on the market? This one is quite a dissapointment. Have they changed the factory or ingredients provider?

Absolute joke been over a month and no order

My review for t2tea.com Absolute joke, Have now missed 3 birthdays and valentines day. I spent a lot of money shopping with T2 for the first time on the 27th of jan, its been 28 days and I still dont have my order, nor do I have a reply to the 4 emails I sent to customer service once a week enquiring about the update. Nothing to say it would take over a month to receive items when I was at checkout otherwise I wouldnt have bought.

The other two disappointing quality/finish - looks like seconds .... wanted to return/get refund. Can't get hold of anyone on the customers service number - online returns have to be paid for or taken to shop - none near where I live

Why so negative??

My review for t2tea.com I don't usually leave reviews, but felt I should throw my hat into the ring after seeing all the negative ones. I have to say my experience with T2 has been overwhelmingly positive. I've ordered multiple times, received in a speedy time frame with pretty great packaging, dealt with customer service twice (both times my issue was resolved swiftly and pleasantly). Some of the teas are the best I've tasted. T2 offer a varied and diverse range of products and beautiful teaware. I'd give them a big thumbs up.

Very satisfied customer!

My review for t2tea.com I was so surprised to see all the less than satisfactory reviews when I was ready to leave my review as my experience was wonderful! My first teapot arrived broken and of course I was so disappointed. I contacted the company immediately. Sent them photos of the roughed up box and the broken teapot. I receiver prompt emails and received prompt replies every time. Today I received a replacement teapot in perfect condition! And in a short amount of time. I am extremely satisfied and would definitely order from them again! So many beautiful teapots and cups!!!! I truly appreciate the great customer service that I received!!!!!

Ordered a lot of tea from the website…

My review for t2tea.com Ordered a lot of tea from the website online - 2 packets of the tea had pencil shavings in them. No response from customer service despite having contacted them multiple times. 6 months in now and they still don't care. Obviously serious quality control issues and even more severe customer service issues - do not buy from them. Think from a food safety standpoint someone should at least be checking these loose leaf teas.

HORRIBLE Aftercare – T2 UK

My review for t2tea.com I had an issue about an order and the "Customer Service" took FOREVER to respond. They lied about their responsibility of the matter, then they lied about the shipping then in the end they changed their mind and confirmed what they previously denied and said "whoops, we don't feel like resolving it". I used to love this store, and bought SO MUCH tea goods from here, but NEVER AGAIN!!! There are a million other tea companies, all of which are a thosands times better because of how they treat their customers.

Amazing products & kept me well informed throughout

My review for t2tea.com Excellent serviceBeautiful teapot, delicious tea.well packaged and arrived fairly promptly especially considering covid. The company notified me that it would take longer than normal to process my order due to covid. They communicated well and dispatched the order in the timeframe they projected. With covid there has been a surge in online shopping. Especially on approach to Christmas. Observing social distancing rules means they can't take on extra staff to cope with this. Hence longer times. It is fair enough that a company finds themselves in a situation like T2 have. They have responded admirably and continue to deliver quality products. Thank you T2

Ordered in November and delivery only…

My review for t2tea.com Ordered in November and delivery only came today - They then charged my card twice taking me into my overdraft - Attempted to call them today to ask for a refund and the calls are just being disconnected. Sent them an email and could be waiting days for a reply. COVID19 is not an excuse for poor customer service they should be taking on more staff who could be answering calls and emails from customers from home. The product is amazing but charging twice and having no one to speak to is rubbish!

2 weeks later still not dispatched

My review for t2tea.com Confirmation email said 1-3 days dispatch. It is now two weeks and it’s still pending. Have called (just cuts me off after having me on hold) emailed (6 days with no response) Facebook messaged (ignored). Wont even respond to refund me. Just got a general email, smug in tone saying they will probably get it to me by 24th of December. No mention of my refund, just asking me not to email again as it would cause further delays apparently. Yet you are still taking orders online today promising Christmas delivery. Shame on you.
