It is impossible to return any items; they make the process so convoluted and difficult and with each email, the customer gets a different representative, so there must not be a main distribution center. I ordered 8 items, returned 5. I was asked to send pictures of the items! When I said I couldn't do that, I was asked to send the SKU numbers. Then I was told to send the items to "Jimmy" (first name only) in California. I did this, but still, 6 months later, have not received a credit! TERRIBLE COMPANY C
