TeslaNow GmbH Tops the Charts in Disappointment

In contrast to the sparkling reviews I read about TeslaNow GmbH, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. From the get-go in June 2021, this company has proven to be a minefield of unprofessionalism and poor communication. Despite a supposedly seamless partnership, the free usage of Tesla Supercharger was abruptly cut off on November 13, 2023, contradicting our agreed-upon contract terms. Starting from our contract initiation in June 2021 until the sudden turn of events in November 2023, we were left in the dark regarding the charging procedures for the batteries. To add insult to injury, TeslaNow went as far as threatening to terminate our 5-year contract without notice in mid-November 2023. Their behavior has been nothing short of deplorable, leaving us feeling stranded and undervalued. In light of these series of disappointing events, my recommendation is crystal clear: steer clear of TeslaNow GmbH and their unreliable services. It's essential to raise awareness about the potential pitfalls that lie in partnering with this company, in hopes of sparing fellow businesses from the same ill fate.
