Shameful customer service

Shameful customer service. My dress came with the security tag still attached to the dress and nobody can provide me with a suitable solution. Customer support told me to send it back and they will refund me. I don't trust that a refund will actually be sent to me. I can't go out with the dress because I might be accused of stealing. She attempted to give me 20 dollars refund for my inconvenience which is laughable.

Terrible customer service

Canceled order but they sent email confirmation

I managed to cancel this order successfully within 15 min , (11000169198), but they sent me a confirmation email and the authorisation hold on my card has not dropped. Pls look into it. I emailed and no reply at all.
