Review Description: I made a purchase in store and the sales assistant informed me that I had the ability to make a return and receive a full refund - however this was not the case I ended up with a credit note which I was then told I could use online aswell - I tried to use it to checkout on an order today and turns out you cannot use it online either - I can not make it to a kooples store so I now have lost my money due to their awful returns policy and customer service - I love their clothes but will not be shopping there agin due to this
