Paid 45+ days ago but received nothing

During my previous membership, I had no issues receiving packages within 7 to 10 business days, and the clothing was consistently of good quality. However, since rejoining Menlo Club, I have paid for two separate shipments of clothing, one on April 15, 2023, and another on May 15, 2023. As of today, May 31, 2023, I have not received either package. Despite contacting their supportive customer service team, I have been repeatedly informed that the packages are "Delayed" and will be shipped in the next few days. I have engaged in three separate conversations with different individuals over a period of two weeks, and each time I received the same explanation of a forthcoming shipment in the "next few days," which has turned out to be false. I am unsure about the cause, but it seems that Menlo Club's service has significantly declined in 2023. Unfortunately, it appears that paying for a package from them now results in endless waiting without any idea on when/if the merchandise will be shipped.

My review for themenlohouse.com This company has no problem charging you regularly on the 15th of every month and NOT send you a package, then blame it on the pandemic/shipping delays. I've been charged for the past 3 months without receiving a package and when I checked in with customer service they said they were "experiencing shipping delays"... 3 month shipping delay for a couple of t-shirts to be sent from Los Angeles to Los Angeles. don't sign up for these guys, they've been trash since 2020.

My review for themenlohouse.com Been a member since 2014, back when it was called Five Four Club, honestly have ever had an issue maybe one or two times with quality/sizes. I always get fresh look and quality is good enough to last a couple years, which is all I expect out of $60 clothing subscription. It is super easy to pause your sub on your profile page once you're a member. I don't know why there are so many negative reviews other than people maybe have ridiculous expectations. If you want to have nice outfits sent to you monthly, stuff you don't have to figure out what to wear with or how to wear, then this is a good option for you. $60 can't be beat for what you get.
