Review Description: I had a few issues with getting my bags back to me in the same condition they were sent , it was pretty much a nightmare. But after several emails and working with Carrie and Jennifer they were able to fix everything. I was just caution you to please The proper care of bags that are worth 5000 to $15,000. managers were great but the people who received the merchandise should really be a much more careful! Ultimately they fixed everything to my satisfaction so I’m very happy!

Review Description: Fast shipping and item arrived in great condition. Couple points of improvement: The posted measurements can sometimes be misleading (this dress in particular has an elasticize waist, so the waist measurement appears smaller than its functional measurement). Second, my item arrived in cloth bag. It's a nice experience for first time customers, but I would dread receiving one every time I order from the RealReal.

Review Description: This was a horrible experience. Opened my home for TRR to come in and pick up ~$20k in consignment. You guys posted a $12k IWC chronograph watch for $595 and then send me back $394. You sold a brand new LV tie and sent me $13. I went to TRR because I don’t have the time to post and follow up. That’s your business value. After so much stress and lack of communication, you finally realize ‘we might have made a mistake’. Trust the consignment and pricing experts right?

Review Description: Prices are great but product was not as polished as I expected. The lenses on both pairs of glasses are more scratched than I expected, maybe lesson learned on my part. The MKs fit and work perfectly. The Ray Bans are pretty bent out of shape, so they fall off very easily. Almost like the previous owner stretched out the hinges, so they open extremely wide. Just was not expecting them to look so "worn in" however overall I am happy with my purchase.

Review Description: Buying experience was smooth and shipping was quick and seamless. The product was a luxury handbag, it arrived well packaged and generally un-harmed. I only wish the team at The RealReal cleaned the bag better. There was still a considerable amount of animal hair in the bag presumably from the previous owner, an old receipt also from the previous owner and quite a bit of dust and lint. So that was the only issue really. Otherwise, service was pretty good. Got my item within a week of shipping.

Review Description: The condition of the garment was good for a vintage piece - but the skirt came up in searches under "M, L" searches as a size 10 - when the skirt arrived the measurement of the waist was 21 inches which is technically an XS - when reviewing and selling vintage garments it is best not to rely on the label that shows the size which was a size 10 and should measure the garment manually to make sure you are classifying it for the right size/buyer
