Really bad, they take treat you as a stupid person

My review for thesupco.com Here is the sequence of things, the 13th October 2021 i contact the SUP company because I had a problem with a product, no answer. I contact again on the 18th of the same month, no answer. I contact again the 18th of July of 2022, no answer. Today I did write some feedback into their system. I did have an inmediate response, but interestingly I can not answer to their feddback give, the system does not allow you I guess. In the message they ask me kindly to write an email, which I did, no response.
