Still waiting for credit

The Walking Company Review A Frustrating Wait for Credit RefundAs a loyal customer of The Walking Company I have always appreciated the highquality footwear and exceptional customer service they provide. However my recent experience with returning a pair of shoes has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. After making the decision to return a pair of shoes purchased from I diligently followed their return process by shipping the shoes back via FedEx. The tracking confirmation provided me with peace of mind as it clearly showed that the package had been received and signed for by the company. With that reassurance I eagerly anticipated the timely processing of my refund. To my surprise and dismay over a month has passed and I find myself still waiting for the credit for the return to appear in my account. This unexpected delay has tested my patience and eroded my confidence in The Walking Companys customer service. I am no stranger to the occasional hiccups that can occur with online returns but the prolonged wait for the credit has undoubtedly been a source of frustration. The lack of communication or updates regarding the status of my refund has only added to my disappointment leaving me feeling overlooked as a valued customer. Undoubtedly this experience has prompted me to reevaluate my future purchases with The Walking Company as swift and efficient returns and refunds are an essential aspect of any satisfying shopping experience. Although my confidence in The Walking Company has been momentarily shaken I remain hopeful that they will address this issue promptly and amicably. I am eagerly looking forward to a swift resolution that will restore my trust and confidence in the brands commitment to customer satisfaction. In conclusion while my recent experience with The Walking Companys return process has been disheartening I continue to value the quality of their products and hope for a positive resolution to this issue. I genuinely look forward to once again enjoying the outstanding products and service that have distinguished The Walking Company in my eyes for so long.

Ordered boots

Finding the perfect pair of boots is like striking gold. My recent experience with however left me feeling like I was on a wild goose chase. After eagerly placing an order for a stunning pair of boots I was disheartened to discover that they were out of stock. Despite the website accepting my payment my anticipation turned to frustration when two weeks passed without any shipping information. In an attempt to seek clarity I reached out to their customer service team through countless emails only to be met with a disheartening lack of responsiveness. It was a disconcerting realization that my hardearned money seemed to have disappeared into a void. Finally after an exasperating wait the company initiated a refund. While their gesture was appreciated the prolonged timeline for the reimbursement added insult to injury. The offered explanation of blaming their partner served as little consolation for the inconvenience caused. In the world of online shopping the integrity of a company is often tested and revealed through its customer service. This particular experience with undoubtedly left a bitter taste in my mouth. As I eagerly await the eventual return of my funds I cant help but feel that this entire ordeal has been nothing short of a disappointment. Moving forward Ill approach online purchases with a newfound sense of caution ensuring that the next digital storefront I visit resonates with reliability and transparency.

An Honest and Disappointing Experience with The Walking Company

I recently had a rather frustrating experience with that has left me feeling disappointed and disheartened. As a loyal customer who has depended on their local store for Abeo shoes boots and sandals I was dismayed to discover a significant decline in the quality of the products offered on their website. The Abeo products I received did not measure up to the high standards I had come to expect. Unfortunately my dissatisfaction did not end there. The return process through Happy Returns only compounded my disappointment. Instead of the smooth and efficient returns process I had anticipated I found that my money was essentially being held captive for an extended period. Each return seemed to drag on for weeks leaving me without the resolution I had hoped for. This experience has undeniably shaken my trust in The Walking Company and their commitment to providing highquality products and customer service. The discrepancy between the products I had previously purchased instore and what I received from their online store was significant and disconcerting. Additionally the prolonged and frustrating return process has left me hesitant to make any future purchases from The Walking Company. As someone who has relied on The Walking Company for dependable and comfortable footwear in the past it is disheartening to find myself in a position where I cannot confidently support or recommend their products and services. The inconsistency in product quality and the delays in the return process have undoubtedly impacted my perception of the brand and regrettably I will be seeking alternative options for my footwear needs in the future. In conclusion my recent encounters with have been disappointing and as a loyal customer I had hoped for a more seamless and satisfactory experience. The decline in the quality of the Abeo products and the exasperating return process have led me to reconsider my future interactions with The Walking Company. It is my sincere hope that they will address these issues to regain the trust and loyalty of their customers in the future.

Exchange not shipped

My review for I ordered shoes last month and they arrived in nine days. They were too big so I started the exchange process. I returned the shoes using their label on 414. The return was delivered to them on 417. A week later ten days after initiating the exchange I had not received my new pair. I reached out to customer service and the exchange had not even been kicked off The CS told me that the customer has to check back 57 days after sending in the return They didnt send the promised exchange and then tried to make that my fault somehow. The CS said rest assured your merchandise will arrive in 810 days. There was no offer to expedite the shipping or to do anything to try to mitigate this negative experience. When I told her I was unhappy with the resolution she said she was sad that I was unhappy but had to end the chatThe Walking Company used to be my goto business when they were in stores. Even my online orders were fine I knew I could go back to the store if there was a problem. It is not the same. I will never shop with them again.

I ordered a pair of boots on December

As a devoted customer of The Walking Company I recently made a purchase online expecting the same exceptional service I had experienced in the past. However my recent encounter left me feeling incredibly disappointed. I placed an order for a pair of boots on December 27th 2022 and despite being notified that the shipment was on its way the delivery process became a frustrating saga. After enduring a multitude of unfulfilled delivery dates and numerous calls the boots finally arrived at the post office on January 12th 2023. The ordeal began with conflicting information regarding the shipping carrier with the package purportedly switching from UPS to the post office midway. This confusion only exacerbated the delay as the boots failed to materialize at the expected time. My perseverance paid off when after relentless followups a recent update informed me that the boots were indeed delivered to the post office and would be handed to me promptly. However the supposed delivery did not materialize as promised prompting me to take matters into my own hands. I contacted my local post office and discovered that the package had been awaiting collection a fact omitted from the previous communications. Upon retrieval I was disheartened to find that the box had been tampered with and appeared to have been previously opened. Dismayed by this unsettling revelation I nervously opened the shoe box to find that the boots seemed to be a returned item rather than brand new. Despite the evident wear and tear I was relieved that the boots themselves appeared to be in acceptable condition. As a loyal patron of The Walking Company this experience greatly tarnished my trust and confidence in their services. While I have previously enjoyed a seamless and efficient shopping experience with the company this recent ordeal has left me feeling reluctant to engage with them in the future. The decline in their delivery standards has unfortunately led me to the decision that I will not be patronizing their services again. While this experience has undoubtedly impacted my perception of The Walking Company I hope that they take heed of this feedback and strive to rectify their logistical and quality control processes. For a company that I once held in high regard for their exceptional products and service I am disheartened by the deterioration in standards. I long for the efficiency and reliability that initially endeared me to The Walking Company and fervently hope for a return to the exceptional standards that I had previously experienced.

Never shop with them

A Cautionary Tale My Disappointing Experience with The Walking CompanyLet me share my personal experience with and why I urge you to never shop with them. My encounter with this company left me feeling scammed and utterly disappointed and I would hate for anyone else to go through a similar ordeal. First and foremost the issue of the hidden shipping insurance added to my cart without my consent was a major red flag. As a customer I expect transparency and ethical conduct from any retailer. Discovering this additional charge seemingly slipped in under the radar was not only frustrating but also illegal. No customer should be subjected to such deceptive practices. To exacerbate matters the shoes I received were not only used but also included a returning slip from a previous order complete with another buyers personal information. This careless oversight not only raised serious concerns about the companys quality control but also highlighted a blatant disregard for customer privacy and satisfaction. The final blow came when I attempted to address these issues with their customer service team hoping for a swift and satisfactory resolution. However I was met with what can only be described as the epitome of poor customer service. Not only did they fail to acknowledge the gravity of the situation but they also proceeded to lecture me about their returns policy completely missing the point. It was clear that they failed to comprehend the basic premise of customer service empathizing with the customers grievances and working towards a mutually beneficial solution. The entire experience left me feeling utterly disheartened and I vowed to never engage with this company again. Upon further investigation I noticed that their physical locations dont even display The Walking Company signage which raised even more concerns about their legitimacy and credibility. In conclusion my encounter with was a harrowing ordeal to say the least. The combination of deceptive practices subpar product quality and abysmal customer service has solidified my decision to steer clear of this company in the future. I implore anyone reading this to learn from my experience and think twice before considering The Walking Company for any future footwear needs. Your peace of mind and shopping satisfaction are simply not worth the risk.

Fine if the shoe fits

Discovering the Perfect Fit A True Reflection of Online Shoe ShoppingAs I embarked on my virtual quest for the perfect pair of shoes I found myself navigating through The website boasted an impressive array of footwear leaving me spoilt for choice. My selection process was enriched by a seamless browsing experience and userfriendly interface ultimately leading to a wellinformed decision. The promptness of the shipping time further reinforced my positive initial impression. It was evident that the company prioritized efficient service delivery a factor that greatly appealed to me as a customer. However the true litmus test of online shoe shopping lay ahead the risk inherent in finalizing a purchase without physically trying on the shoes. Despite the convenience offered by online shopping the prospect of receiving illfitting shoes loomed large. As I eagerly unboxed my eagerly awaited delivery I was met with mixed emotions. While the shoes themselves were undeniably of high quality the fit was not as expected. It was at this juncture that the true essence of customer experience emerged. Upon contemplating the return process I was disappointed to discover a 10 fee associated with it. This unexpected hurdle gave me pause leading me to reassess the value proposition of Although the initial selection and shipping experience had been positive the stringent return policy presented a notable inconvenience. As I reflected on my online shoe shopping journey the contrasting elements of satisfaction and disappointment formed a balanced perspective. While undoubtedly showcased a commendable product selection and efficient shipping the challenges associated with returns nudged me to explore alternative retailers that offered more favorable return policies. In light of this I have resolved to tread carefully in my future online footwear endeavors. While showcased a tantalizing array of options the inherent risk and cost associated with returns led me to seek out retailers offering more customerfriendly return policies. My future forays into online shoe shopping will thus be tempered by the valuable lessons learned from this experience. Ultimately the adage if the shoe fits extends beyond the physical realm and encompasses the entirety of the customer journey. The ideal fit encompasses not only the tangible product but also the intangible facets of customer service and return policies. As I move forward armed with a newfound understanding I will seek out retailers whose offerings align with my preferences thereby ensuring that the evereloquent shoe fits in every aspect.

I ordered shoes 43 days ago

An Unfortunate Shopping Experience with The Walking CompanyIts disappointing to share my experience with The Walking Company as it has been a source of frustration and inconvenience. Fortythree days ago I eagerly placed an order for a pair of shoes through their online platform. Having made a full payment at the time of purchase I anticipated a prompt and seamless delivery process. However to my dismay weeks went by and there was no sign of the shoes I had ordered. As the days stretched into weeks I found myself in a disheartening predicament. Despite my attempts to seek resolution by reaching out to their customer service through phone calls and emails the elusive status of my order persisted. The lack of effective communication and clarity on the issue only served to compound my frustration. Moreover as a consumer I found myself encountering a distressing situation where the timeline extended far beyond the generally accepted period for order fulfillment. The protracted delay in receiving the product not only raised concerns about the companys adherence to standard delivery guidelines but also resulted in a palpable sense of dissatisfaction and inconvenience on my end. Regrettably the elongated wait for the shoes I had purchased left me disillusioned with The Walking Companys service especially in light of the apparent disregard for the FTC 30day rule governing online orders. The expectation of a timely delivery which is integral to the online shopping experience was regrettably unmet leading to a sense of disappointment and disillusionment. In summation my interaction with The Walking Company has been marked by unmet expectations communication gaps and a prolonged wait for a product that should have been delivered within a reasonable timeframe. As a consumer it is disheartening to encounter such challenges and I hope that my feedback serves as a valuable point of consideration for the company to reassess and enhance its customer service and fulfillment processes.

The Walking Company offers a range of stylish and supportive options making the selection process a breeze. Its clear that they prioritize both quality and customer satisfaction. Exceptional Products Disappointing Customer Service

I recently had an experience with The Walking Company that left me feeling conflicted. On one hand the pair of shoes I ordered from exceeded my expectations in terms of both quality and comfort. However the customer service I received in relation to a price adjustment issue was far from satisfactory. Let me start with the positives. The shoes I ordered were a dream come true for my feet. Not only did they arrive promptly but the craftsmanship and attention to detail were evident as soon as I slipped them on. The quality surpassed any footwear I had ever owned and the comfort level was unparalleled. I could feel the support and dedication to foot health with every step I took. Needless to say I was thoroughly impressed with the product itself. Unfortunately the same could not be said about the customer service I encountered. Soon after placing my order I noticed that the price for the shoes had dropped. I reached out to inquire about a price adjustment considering that their website proudly boasts a best price guarantee. My interaction with the customer service agent left much to be desired. The representative was dismissive and unaccommodating displaying a lack of empathy and understanding. It was disheartening to be met with such indifference especially after having just invested in their product. The websites promise of a best price guarantee felt like a mere marketing ploy as it was not upheld when it mattered most. The disconnect between the brands proclaimed commitment to customer satisfaction and the actual support received was disappointing to say the least. It left me questioning the integrity of their advertised policies and the value they place on their customers loyalty and trust. In conclusion while I cannot fault the exceptional quality of the merchandise I purchased from The Walking Company the unsatisfactory handling of the price adjustment issue by their customer service team has given me pause. As a result I find myself hesitant to consider future purchases from unless confidence is restored in their commitment to honoring their own promises and providing supportive empathetic customer service.

I ordered a pair of 120 slippers

I recently had an interesting experience with that I feel compelled to share. After making a rather significant purchase of 120 slippers I encountered a slight hiccup upon their arrival. Despite facing some delays due to weatherrelated issues affecting the entire country the delivery eventually made it to my doorstep. However upon unboxing and eagerly trying on my new slippers I noticed that the tongue on one of them had separated from the side resulting in an unfortunate stitching defect. However the silver lining in this scenario was the remarkably pleasant customer service experience that followed. Upon reaching out to the company I was met with a helpful and accommodating representative. After swiftly forwarding a picture of the damaged slipper I was informed that I could expect a followup within 24 hours. True to their word the company promptly notified me that they would issue a full refund for the purchase without necessitating any return procedures or post office visits on my part. Although I am considering exploring the option of having the slippers professionally restitched the exemplary customer support and commitment to standing behind their products have left a lasting impression on me. I wholeheartedly commend their dedication to customer satisfaction warranting a perfect 10 in this aspect. I must acknowledge that while the situation may temporarily leave me without slippers depending on the duration of the repair or until I find a suitable replacement the overall reliability and integrity displayed by immensely outweigh this minor inconvenience. In conclusion my interaction with while initially presenting a setback ultimately reinforced my confidence in their brand and solidified my trust in their commitment to their customers. I remain genuinely impressed with the level of support I received and would not hesitate to engage with their products and services in the future.
