Disappointed with Communication and Quality

I recently ordered from thrivelife.com with the intention of stocking up for long term storage. While I haven't tasted the food yet, I was disheartened by the condition in which my order arrived. The lack of protective packaging led to significant damage to the cans. Despite reaching out with photos of the damage, I never received a response, let alone the promised support within a few business days. I patiently waited for a month, giving the benefit of the doubt for possible holiday closures, and attempted to contact them again, but to no avail. The lack of communication and resolution has left me deeply disappointed and doubtful about any future purchases from them. It's incredibly disheartening when a company fails to uphold their own promises of customer support and quality, and as a result, I will be looking elsewhere for my long-term storage needs.

Unresponsive after ordering

My evaluate for thrivelife.com Have not tried the meals but as I bought for long run storage, so can not touch upon high quality there.
