After I revoked my contract, the company is insisting on binding me to a 2-year subscription costing over €1200 annually. Despite my withdrawal, they are adamant that the contract is legally binding. Even with my business not taking off, they are relentless in enforcing the contract. To add insult to injury, the start date has been pushed to 1.5.23, and I've been asked to submit my cancellation by 30.04.2025. There's no leniency or understanding from the company, and their customer service is non-existent. Their approach and lack of service have left me in shock. It's incomprehensible how they can bill for "service" when they haven't provided any. I am extremely disappointed and cannot recommend this company in any way. It's frustrating that they are so insistent on binding me to a contract I've revoked. I hope other potential customers learn from my experience and beware of such business practices.
