Their customer support representatives have no idea find out how to deal with calls...everybody passing the buck! They maintain you on maintain perpetually and I even received disconnected after ready on maintain for 30 minutes! They tousled on 2 orders ...2 days in a row! I ordered 2 sympathy flower preparations for a similar tackle and only one association confirmed up. I known as and spoke to the Supervisor and he apologized and 100% assured that the flowers would arrive the next day. The next day I adopted up on the ETA, spoke to the Supervisor and he stated that they by no means had been re-ordered and advisable I get a refund as he would not imagine that the flowers would present up. The opposite order for Valentines day confirmed up at 10:47pm - what firm delivers at the moment!! OMG! I by no means wasted a lot time on the cellphone with a floral firm earlier than. Recommendation for BLOOMS --- simply exit of enterprise now!

Mom's Day flowers confirmed up 2 days late and greater than half decayed and wilted and their customer support is so horrible and will not do any quantity of compensation.
