My review for tourist-online.de Verdrecktes Ferienhaus in Grotschermer Anzeige: "Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit Whirlpool in Schermer"Wir haben im Juni 2020 das Ferienhaus in Schermer/Grotschermer Nordholland, Holland gebucht. Wir raten dringend von einer Buchung des Hauses ab. Das Haus entspricht nicht der Ausschreibung, die Bilder verfälschen die Tatsachen vor Ort. Das Haus ist in einem heruntergekommenen und verdreckten Zustand. Es hat sich vielfach Schimmel gebildet. In fast allen Schränken sind private Gegenstände wie Musikinstrumente, Bücher, Ordner, Dokumente, ja sogar Tiefgekühltes, Lebensmittel von Vormietern. Es gibt keine Mikrowelle, Kaffeepad-Maschine, Whirlpool, offenen Kamin, Flat-TV. Das Haus ist verdreckt, die Matratzen sind vergilbt und riechen nach Urin, Menschen können hier nicht übernachten. Die Duschbrause kann man nicht anfassen so verkalkt ist sie, ebenso die Duschkabine, hat man noch keinen Virus, dann kann man hier einen bekommen. Es stehen keine 180 qm Wohnfläche zur Verfügung, da das Obergeschoß mit steiler Treppe mit einem Holzdeckel verschlossen ist, den man verschieben kann. Die Räume werden da oben privat genutzt, darin befindet sich Sperrmüll und kein zweites Schlafzimmer. Wir haben nur eine Nacht auf dem blanken Boden geschlafen, aus Verzweiflung da wir abends bei Ankunft nach Sichtung um 20 Uhr keine andere Unterkunft finden konnten.. Man hat einfach nur Ekel in diesem Haus und will einfach nur wieder weg. Die Küche ist verdreckt, die Böden sind verklebt, die Gläser blind. Könnten wir Bilder posten, bräuchte ich hier nicht so viel zu schreiben. Wir haben eine Menge GELD für zwei Wochen in den Sommerferien bezahlt. Solche Zustände sind inakzeptabel, was das Haus anbetrifft.
