My review for tous.com Today I close to tous in Dadeland mall to make a return…Unfortunately the lady who was in the store was not the same lady who did the purchase, Myrelis was really nice and excellent Custumer service…that not happen with Karen, I do know why you have person who don’t have customer service and if she had a bad day is not our problem. She is there to give the best service y represent the brand.

Avoid them at all costs

My review for tous.com It's me again, it's now 19th Sept and I didn't get my money back or any option at all to return the item that they shipped to me INCORRECTLY. I'm now stuck with a cheaper ring that I didn't want and costs 20euros less than the one that I ordered and they never shipped. They confused an item with another and I've been more than 25 days chasing them by twitter and emailing their customer service and they just made fun of me, for example the best joke was when their customer service team replied on to my thread saying 'We're happy to let you know that the item has been refund' and guess what? it was another item that I returned as I DON'T WANT to wear nor to have anything from this DREADFUL brand. I'd bring back all the items I have from them as It was my favourite jewelry brand for years. Please don't buy anything from them, it's VERY LIKELY that they'll make a mistake and then you'll end up paying for it.

Tous shop l’illa diagonal Barcelona - 2 days before Xmas 2 shop assistants highly unpleasant but oh soooo slow - 45 min wait to discover the product they said they had in stock is not really in stock. The worst client service ever - tous wake up and fire these morons there are plenty of hard working people that are actually willing to do the job

The Customer Service is Terrible and so is the Sweet Dolls Elastic Bracelet

My review for tous.com My daughter received the Sweet Dolls Elastic Bracelet as a gift. She wore it to dinner the evening she received it and it fell off of her wrist. The mechanism which keeps the bracelet closed was defective. I was told at the Dadeland store to contacted Sorena, the manager. She took no responsibility. I asked her multiple times via email to please provide her supervisor's email, and she ignored my request.

My review for tous.com Their website is an absolute nightmare. Horrible quality of pictures, you never can find any additional pictures online, and navigating the website is just horrendous. Won't even adapt to mobile viewing. Negative one million for their website. They need to hire people to fix it and make it more user friendly.

Worst Business I Have Ever Dealt With!

My review for tous.com Worst business I have ever dealt with. I have yet to receive any information about my order place over a month ago. I have called 3 times to find out what is going on and their only response is "We will send an email to the warehouse. We don't have any other information. In addition to that, I requested just to cancel my order and they give me some excuse that they cannot cancel orders in the months of November and December. Essentially, this company is a huge scam that just takes your money, doesnt deliver a product and wont give you a refund/cancellation. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
