On April 5, ToysCenter Prenatal Retail Group sent me an email promising a refund, but I was asked to be patient, even though the contractual terms assured a refund within 3 days for PayPal payments. According to the agreement, "the amount will be refunded to the Customer's PayPal account within the third day following the cancellation of the order." As of today, I am still awaiting any reimbursement for the undelivered item. While the situation has been frustrating, I believe in giving credit where it is due. Despite the delay and inconvenience faced, I appreciate the acknowledgment of the error and the effort to rectify the issue.
