Had a small issue with the bike as it arrived from the manufacturer with a couple of marks on the paintwork but was kept informed at all times and offered a chance to swap but didn’t see the need so was given a gift voucher as a thank you! Wasn’t expected or needed but grateful all the same. Fantastic communication from the team throughout. Great work as always.

Review Description: Great and easy website, order process and value. Ordered a ‘nearly new’ EMTB. The website had very detailed photo’s of the imperfections. Arrived a couple of days later after being kept up to date all the way through. Came really well packaged with tools and instructions. In reality the scuffs were barely noticeable so am really pleased with the savings. Great to ride, loving it !!!!!

Review Description: Unlike another cycle/parts/clothing supplier, Tredz use a reliable courier, and even with recent industrial action by Royal Mail, they are far more reliable than Evri, with both recent orders arriving on time, perfectly undamaged. I have been really happy with both recent purchases, both exactly as described on the web site. Top marks … well done.
