My review for urbanoutfitters.com Shockingly bad customer service. Refusing to give me a refund worth £215 despite tracking information saying their warehouse has received my return and I also got a confirmation email saying my return refund would be processed in 3-5 working days. Customer services have outright refused to look into the matter for me because I no longer have my paper return receipt, despite me having the tracking information and return received confirmation email. Honestly I am so shocked at how I have been treated, no effort whatsoever has been made to look into the matter or to help, I have just repeatedly been told there is nothing they can do. This also goes against their own returns policy which states the paper return receipt should be kept until the return is received at their warehouse, which I have confirmation that it was - despite this I have been told I am not getting my refund T
