Website haperde maar daarna supersnel en goed geholpen
My review for vans.nl Drie paar schoenen besteld. Helaas liep de website vast tijdens de betaling. De bestelling kwam niet door maar het geld werd wel afgeschreven. Klantenservice gebeld. Ik werd geholpen door een slecht Nederlands sprekende dame. Daar kwam ik niet verder mee. Daarna via e-mail en live-chat contact opgenomen en echt goed geholpen. Ze konden in het systeem zien dat het geld al automatisch was teruggestort (was idd na 24 uur alweer terug op mijn rekening). En tips hoe ik het beste opnieuw kon bestellen (eerst cache legen en cookies verwijderen). Werkte top. Heel blij mee. E

It all started with a simple order for size 45 shoes on vans.nl. Excitement turned into disappointment when the confirmation email didn't arrive, and the order seemed to vanish into thin air. But hey, patience is a virtue, right? Despite being calm and collected, the frustration grew as the days passed with no sign of the shoes. A call to customer service revealed that a mishap had occurred. However, the shoes were rightfully mine, paid for in full. Isn't it simple - pay and receive or expect a satisfactory solution as a customer? Suddenly, the shoes became unavailable, sold to another buyer. The customer service team offered no cooperation or alternatives. It left me feeling abandoned and disheartened. Despite the shoes being available in other Vans stores at a higher price, a reasonable solution seemed out of reach. Why not transfer one pair to the Netherlands, resolving the issue gracefully? Unfortunately, a positive outcome was not in sight. Disheartened, I vowed never to purchase from Vans again if this was the treatment customers received - being shown the door without a second thought. Promises of a refund within 1-3 working days were made but doubts lingered, fueled by other customers' experiences of not receiving their refunds promptly or even being double-charged. I refuse to be a mere statistic, expecting the 51 euros back without endless hassle. Trusting that my persistence will pay off, I'll eagerly await the refund. After all, I'm no pushover, ready to march back to Vans Rotterdam, factoring in parking and fuel costs, if need be. Should the need arise, I'll shake things up to ensure justice prevails. Yet, I hold on to hope that the promised refund will manifest within the week, sparing me further turmoil. Let's extend them the benefit of the doubt, granting additional time beyond their estimate. My review for vans.nl Verschrikkelijke klantenservice, je kan ook niet annuleren voordat ze het product verzenden. Wat 2 weken duurde ipv 2 dagen. Hun fysieke winkel en online winkel staan los van elkaar, dus je kan ook niet retourneren in de winkel waar je het ophaalt. Dus de website is een harde afrader, mocht je er toch gebruik van moeten maken. Gebruik dan je creditcard! En ze vroegen om een beoordeling, die ik invulde maar niet kon versturen. M

My review for vans.nl Besteld, betaald... Maar helaas niet ontvangen. Er wordt ook niets verzonden door Vans. Beloofde levertermijn is niet gehaald. Ook geen informatie of uitleg. Klantenservice zegt dat ik mijn geld terugkrijg nadat ik de producten retour stuur.aanvulling: Helaas na herhaaldelijk contact wel veel beloftes, maar nul actie vanuit Vans. Een compleet non-actieve houding, ze weten niks, ze komen van nergens en kunnen niets....... Ik hoop dat ik ooit m'n geld ga terug krijgen, voel me opgelicht. Advies: bestel elders
