Review Description:

After switching my regular account to a business account, I have encountered major issues with my phone carrier. Despite being promised phone bills of around $150, I have been charged over $500 this month alone. When I contacted customer service, they claimed that I owe nothing, but I continue to receive threatening calls from them about shutting off my phone.

My attempts to resolve this issue have been unsuccessful so far. When my team and I visited the carrier's store, we had to endure a 12-hour wait without any assistance. Calling customer service did not yield any results either.

I was forced to pay the erroneous charges to avoid a service disruption, but I plan to escalate the matter on Monday. The carrier will hear from me then.
