My review for worx.com Display van het toestel (Landroid grasmaaier) ging stuk en is niet meer te bedienen. Na 19 mails naar de klantendienst in drie verschillende talen zijn we ondertussen 3 maanden verder zonder enige aangeboden oplossing. Display of the device (Landroid lawnmower) broke down and is no longer operable. I have had a worx 20volt cordless…
My review for worx.com I have had a worx 20volt cordless drill/driver for about 5 years came with 2 battery's a fast charger and a solid case. I can't fault this drill it has done so much work and been trouble free it has been dropped multiple times both batteries still hold a full charge. I think it was £90 UK so less than £20 a year truly an excellent tool. I am slowly moving from Makita to worx tools. E

My review for worx.com Thought I'd pay extra and get what I thought would be a reliable strimmer, my very first line spool, after less than 10 minutes use the line breaks. I took the spool out of the strimmer and the line inside the spool had welded itself together, couldn't find the end so had to cut the line to free it, told worx on Facebook, no response. It does it with every spool I replace a complete waste of £120, steer clear, I won't touch any other products of theirs with a barge pole. Steer clear. B

Company more interested in upselling.
My review for worx.com Auto tensioner nut is stripped and the company does not provide that replacement part as it is "too internal for customer replacement" (1 plate and 4 whole screws deep). Company is more interested in upselling the customer a $75.00 replacement piece of equipment than replacing a $0.50 part for the the same equipment. No wonder the company's stock price tanked before the covid lockdown started. L

Item returned, no communication whatsoever so ever, up to 10 unanswered emails requesting an update. Avoid this cheap rubbish, and none existent 'customer service' J
