My review for 10motives.com I've been using 10motives menthol refills for years and they were great, not any more. For months now the cartridges seem to be underfilled to the point where I used to use 1 a day I now use 3 or 4. I persevered for a long time and would occasionally pick up a normal pack but they are now consistently underfilled and start to taste dry and burnt almost instantly. Add to that the ones that don't work at all, the ones that are too small and can't be screwed in, the ones that are buckled and can't be screwed in, the batteries that don't last and are almost impossible to replace, and it has all just become too expensive and frustrating. 10motives clearly know this is happening and have done nothing to correct the matter in the past months so I'm afraid it's goodbye 10motives from me. 👋🏻 S
