As a loyal customer of 123Energie since at least 2014, I started with the 123Strom 360 tariff, which initially offered affordable rates with annual prepayment. However, over time, my once cost-effective plan became increasingly unfavorable. Despite reaching out twice through the customer portal to question why as a dedicated customer I was paying significantly more than new customers, and requesting adjustments, I received no response. Instead, I recently received notice of yet another price hike scheduled for March 18, 2024. New customers with my contract are billed €618 for 1500 kWh, while those with the most expensive plan on the 123 website pay €681. For me, the charges escalated from €707 since January 17, 2023, to a daunting €775 starting March 17, 2024. Regrettably, the lack of recognition for customer loyalty and the continuous price increases have left me with no choice but to seek alternatives. Despite my disappointment in the evolving service, I commend the efficiency and clarity of the platform. However, the inability to address customer concerns and the widening gap between loyal and new customers' pricing remain significant drawbacks that ultimately led to my decision to switch providers. Angeblich liefert der Netzbetreiber keine Abrechnungsdaten. Stimmt nicht, er hat sie schon zweimal mitgeteilt. Habe jetzt Verbraucherbeschwerde eingereicht. Nächste Stufe ist der Rechtsanwalt.
