Review Description: The deliver fee was $30 for a $100 arrangement and then it was late. The customer service was subpar and rude. For a 30% delivery fee the least they could do is be on time. Will not use them again I will just look up a local florist and order direct.

Review Description: Fiancé ordered 2 doz red roses and when they arrived they immediately upon unboxing, fell apart. Most of leaves and lots of petals fell off. Review Description: delivery date was to be ON Feb. 4th in Houston, Tx. it made it to Houston on Feb. 4th, but then was delayed until Feb.5th. not only was it not delivered on the required date (for her birthday) when it was delivered there were many of the rose petals that had fallen off and also several of the greenery had dropped off. There was NO explanation as to why the "delayed" delivery. the delivery service used was FedEx.
