It can’t be uninstalled cleanly

My review for 360totalsecurity.com The biggest problem with 360 is not that the uninstall process is complicated, but that it cannot be uninstalled cleanly. It attaches part of its core to the core of the Windows system like a virus. This part cannot be uninstalled, even after uninstalling the main part. After a period of time, the remaining core will secretly automatically download the 360 main program and install it secretly. Even because this core is intentionally spread to different partitions and locations on the hard disk, reinstalling the system may not be able to clear it out. There has never been a 100% clean method other than completely formatting the hard drive.

360 Total Security: More Than Meets the Eye

When I first stumbled upon 360 Total Security on 360totalsecurity.com, it was quite by accident. Little did I know that this chance encounter would lead to an unexpected journey, uncovering a myriad of features and functionalities that were more complex and nuanced than I initially anticipated. As I navigated through the installation process, a sense of frustration began to well up within me. The interface seemed clunky and unintuitive, and I couldn't shake the feeling that I had made a grave error by downloading this software. However, this initial dismay was merely the tip of the iceberg, as I soon found out. Despite my initial misgivings, I found myself unable to uninstall the application. This unexpected turn of events sent me into a tailspin of annoyance and exasperation. It was as though the software had burrowed itself deep within the recesses of my system, defying all attempts at removal. Yet, as time passed and I begrudgingly familiarized myself with the intricacies of 360 Total Security, I began to realize that there was more to this software than met the eye. Yes, the interface was far from perfect, and its presence on my system was an inconvenience, but beneath the surface lay a powerful suite of tools and utilities. Despite my initial desire to rid my system of 360 Total Security, I found myself begrudgingly acknowledging its efficacy in safeguarding my digital realm. It became an ever-present guardian, tirelessly working in the background to bolster my defenses against digital threats. As I grappled with the perplexing dilemma of uninstallation, I could not deny the efficacy of 360 Total Security in fortifying my system against malware, phishing attacks, and other online hazards. While its presence was an accidental imposition, its contribution to my digital security was undeniable. In conclusion, while my initial encounter with 360 Total Security may have been fraught with frustration and regret, it ultimately proved to be a fortuitous discovery. Its less-than-ideal interface and the unexpected challenge of uninstallation were overshadowed by its commendable performance in safeguarding my digital space. My advice to fellow users is to approach 360 Total Security with an open mind, knowing that its true value may not reveal itself immediately. Embrace its quirks, and you may find, as I did, that it offers a robust defense against the perils of the digital world.

Uncovering the Truth About 360 Total Security: A User’s Bewildering Experience

As an avid computer user, I understand the importance of maintaining robust security against ever-evolving cyber threats. In my quest to safeguard my digital realm, I embarked on a search for an antivirus solution that promised comprehensive protection without compromising system performance. This pursuit led me to 360totalsecurity.com, a platform that purported to offer stellar antivirus capabilities. However, what transpired next left me astounded and disheartened. Upon installing 360 Total Security, I was immediately drawn to its sleek interface and seemingly impressive suite of features. Eagerly, I configured the antivirus to initiate a full system scan, ardently anticipating a sense of relief as it promised to vanquish any lurking malware. To my dismay, what I uncovered was a startling revelation – 360 Total Security, far from being a bastion of security, appeared to exhibit characteristics akin to those of the very malware it purported to thwart. As I attempted to remove 360 Total Security from my system, to my disbelief, it adamantly resisted all my efforts, persistently reinstalling itself, almost as if it had a will of its own. Delving deeper into the labyrinth of my system, I stumbled upon a pernicious registry entry ominously dubbed "stay alive," which seemed to serve as the elixir of eternal persistence for this obstinate software. Even the act of removing the 360 Total Security tray from my system proved to be a Sisyphean task, as it stubbornly revived itself despite my best endeavors. In the wake of these unsettling discoveries, I was compelled to confront the harsh truth – 360 Total Security, far from being a guardian of my digital fortress, bore an uncanny resemblance to the very malware I had sought to shield myself against. Frustrated and disillusioned, I felt impelled to sound the alarm bells, cautioning fellow denizens of the digital realm to eschew this faux antivirus masquerading as a protector of systems. In conclusion, my earnest admonition to all who traverse the digital landscape is unequivocal – steer clear of 360 Total Security at all costs. Its insidious persistence and its confounding ability to mimic malware warrant not just caution but a steadfast avoidance. Take heed of my cautionary tale, for the price of embarking on this perilous path may far exceed the purported benefits it promises. In light of my disconcerting encounter, I fervently advocate for a vigilant approach to selecting cybersecurity solutions, for the digital realm, as alluring as it may be, demands a discerning eye to distinguish between the genuine guardians and the guileful charlatans. Let my dismaying experience serve as a beacon of warning, guiding you away from the treacherous shores of 360 Total Security and toward the sanctuary of reliable and principled guardians of digital security.

360 Total Security: A Harrowing Experience of Deceptive Software

As a loyal user of various antivirus programs, I was excited to try out 360totalsecurity.com. However, my experience turned out to be anything but positive. It quickly became apparent that this software was behaving more like malware than a reliable antivirus. Despite my attempts to remove it, 360 Total Security refused to uninstall and even reinstalled itself, leaving me frustrated and concerned about the security of my system. It was unnerving to discover a persistent registry entry named "stay alive," which seemed to facilitate the software's resurrection after every deletion attempt. Even removing the 360 Total Security tray proved futile as it stubbornly restarted itself. This experience left me deeply disheartened and genuinely concerned about the potential risks posed by this deceptive software. My sincere advice to anyone considering 360 Total Security is to steer clear of this deceptive software at all costs. The lack of transparency and the insidious behavior I encountered raise significant red flags, and I would caution others to avoid the frustration and security risks that come with this product. My hope is that my unfortunate experience serves as a warning to others, and that they are spared from the distressing ordeal I faced with 360 Total Security.

This is a scam antivirus and acts more…

My review for 360totalsecurity.com This is a scam antivirus and acts more like malware, It refuses to be deleted and re-installs itself. There is a registry entry called stay alive and I think this is how it respawns itself after removal. The 360 total security tray also restarts after removal. . Avoid this malware at all costs!!!

Absolute! Lack of client care!

I have been a loyal user of their anti-virus software for many years, so when I decided to upgrade to the premium version, I was expecting a seamless process. However, when I tried to update my payment method a year later, I faced a frustrating roadblock. The option was greyed out, and despite reaching out to customer support, I was met with silence. After multiple attempts, I finally received a response, but to my dismay, I was informed that my premium license had been cancelled without my consent. The suggested solution was to repurchase the product and use a different payment method. This was incredibly disappointing and unacceptable. It felt like they were turning their back on a long-time customer. Feeling disheartened, I reached out again for assistance, only to be met with more silence. Frustrated and disappointed by the lack of care and respect for their customers, I requested for my account to be deleted. The lack of communication and the dismissive attitude towards my concerns left me feeling unappreciated and undervalued as a customer. In the end, the way my concerns were handled only reinforced my decision to walk away from their product. I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale for others. Customer care and after-sales support should be top priorities for any company, and unfortunately, in this case, it fell far short of expectations.

Absolute! Lack of client care!

My review for 360totalsecurity.com Absolute lack of client care and after sale service. I had been a free user of their anti-virus for many years, about a year ago I upgrade to premium on a special. A year later (now), I wanted to update my payment method, change it to a different card/account. I see that I am unable to do so independently. The option is there! Yet it is greyed out. I contact support... NO ANSWER. I send a follow up email.... I then get a reply but WHAT A JOKE..... They reply telling me my account & premium license has been cancelled, without my CONSENT nor INFORMING me. They tell me to re-purchase their product and use a different card. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!! BULL! This is totally unacceptable, how could they even dignify this as a support response. Its plain as day they are telling me to take my money and shove it. I then urgently try to communicate with them... NO response. Few days later I send another request to delete my account because I am NEVER using their product again NOR recommending it to anyone. The irony here is, the same chap who cancelled my premium license....replied to my 2nd support query. Not a why or how, zero second glance, I just get a reply "your account has been deleted".

360 Total Security: Lightweight and Effective, but Too Many Ads

After hearing great things about 360 Total Security, I decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised by how lightweight and non-intrusive it was on my computer. The interface was user-friendly, and I felt confident in the level of protection it offered. However, after a few days of use, I started to encounter ads from Taboola Ads within the software, which became increasingly intrusive. As someone who values a clean and uninterrupted user experience, I found these ads to be a significant downside. Ultimately, I made the decision to explore other security options that wouldn't compromise the integrity of my browsing experience. While I appreciated the effectiveness of 360 Total Security, the invasive nature of the ads was a deal-breaker for me. I hope that in the future, the developers will consider alternative monetization strategies that do not disrupt the user's peace of mind. For now, I've moved on to a different security solution, but I remain hopeful that 360 Total Security will address this issue, as I believe it has the potential to be a top contender in the market.

My review for 360totalsecurity.com I installed 360 Total Security to try it out before I purchased it. I found that it was lightweight and did not affect my computer's performance.
